Classes have gone online! And I may be able to add more to the schedule over the coming weeks, so watch this space (& let me know if you have any requests!).
Wednesday morning 9.30-10.30am and Wednesday evening 7.15-8.30pm.
Both classes are now a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Somatic Yoga, harnessing the incredible power of Hanna Somatics to let go of unnecessary tension and stress-based patterns. We re-set both physically and mentally.
The Vinyasa flows are geared towards integrating the effects of the Somatic Flows, working on balance and strength too.
The morning class is slightly shorter and more dynamic, the evening class is a little longer with more restorative and unwinding flows.
Private Yoga Sessions: These can be arranged to suit (one to one or small group sessions) – please contact me for more information although spaces are very limited.
